Southern Assist is owned and operated by Judy Kovacevich. She brings more than 28 years of experience in the coordination, planning, and support of daily operational and administrative functions. She has worked in a variety of industries such as Loan Servicing, Commercial Property Management, Manufacturing, Casino/Resort, and Education. Judy utilizes the skills honed in each industry and applies them to provide the solid menu of administrative services offered by Southern Assist.

For Real Estate Professional clients, rest assured that Judy has the experience and knowledge to be proactive in taking care of your distinctive needs. As a former REO Portfolio Officer for a large Loan Service Center, she managed all aspects of the marketing to get the REO properties sold quickly while mitigating losses. She has effectively managed retail and commercial properties and administered budgets in excess of $1.5 million.

Judy derives job satisfaction by developing effective methods to accomplish set goals. Her strength's are to proficiently organize, coordinate and manage special projects.
